Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

  • Minimum 5 years experience designing, executing, measuring, and optimizing SEO, SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Direct experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge in website and marketing analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develops, plans and execute all digital marketing strategy for clients.
  • Responsible for creating, coordinating and managing the execution of digital marketing campaign strategies including, but not limited to: SEO,SEM, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Keep pace with SEO and SEM, audience building, social media, project management and internet marketing industry trends and development.
  • Works hand-in-hand in planning, designing, and executing web, SEO with the Web Optimization Manager.
  • Works on optimization of targeting/bidding based on results and campaign
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Build comprehensive, integrated distribution, promotion strategies/content amplification plans that deliver on marketing objectives.
  • Lead creative testing and strategy, working closely with stakeholders and design teams to ensure all our campaigns have the best chance of succeeding.
  • Manage relationships with key vendors to understand competitor strategies, new testing opportunities, and ensuring our team is staying on the edge of innovation.
  • Drives targeting and customer segmentation to personalize digital campaigns.
  • Report on quarterly numbers for clicks, leads, converted leads, pipeline for all online advertising activity and other relevant KPIs.
  • Develops and executes test plans to refine messaging and drive lift.
  • Contributes and influences the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against business objectives and strategies.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
